(http://www.usrisk.com), today announced the introduction of expanded insurance products for the entertainment industry and the appointment of industry veteran Marcus Paxton to the position of Vice President, reporting to Take1 Executive Vice President and Program Director Scott Carroll.

According to Carroll, Take1 Insurance now has underwriting authority for shell, touring, and live events — in addition to its current underwriting capabilities.

Marcus has extensive entertainment industry experience that will strengthen our ability to meet the long-term needs of our rapidly growing and expanding customer base.”
Indeed, Marcus Paxton brings over 18 years of professional experience in the insurance industry to his new position at Take1 Insurance. Previously, including ten years at the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company (Allianz), where he held executive and underwriting roles in the High Net Worth Personal Lines and Commercial Entertainment Division. Prior to this he served for eight years as an Underwriter at the Atlantic Mutual Companies.
