OneScreen, creators of the award-winning hardware and software system that integrates video collaboration, presentations, and smartboard tools on one easy-to-use screen, today announced the appointment of Stampede, the global leader in value added distribution, to serve as its Canadian distribution partner, according to OneScreen CEO Sufian Munir and Stampede President & CEO Kevin Kelly.
The appointment of Stampede comes as OneScreen expands the depth and scope of its Canadian business operations with the opening of an in-country headquarters in Ontario, Canada and the appointment of collaboration solutions expert Lincoln Vaz to serve as Country Manager for Canada.
“For some time now Canadian educators and corporate clients have been eager to gain greater access to OneScreen technology and for good reason,” Munir said today. “OneScreen is a people-centric technology that was created and is continually evolving, with the end-users needs as a primary focus. The walk-up-and-work ease of use and simple integration with existing collaboration technology has yet to be readily available in Canada. Now with the opening of a dedicated headquarters, the appointment of Lincoln Vaz, and our distribution partnership with Stampede, OneScreen is ready to bring a new era of simple and intuitive collaboration to customers throughout Canada.”
Amplifying that point, Stampede President & CEO Kevin Kelly said that the OneScreen solution is ideal for a broad range of vertical market customers. “Our Canadian sales and customer support teams are ready to hit the ground running with the OneScreen system. It’s remarkable ease-of-use and across-the-board compatibility with existing hardware and software means that our resellers can make OneScreen a must-have collaboration solution for customers in education, healthcare, corporate, government, and emergency services, among others. We look forward to driving sales of OneScreen throughout the country!”
OneScreen is an all-in-one solution that enables customers to collaborate with video, voice & data, interactive whiteboarding, screen sharing, annotating, polling, recording, saving, remote management & more. Like a computer with an extra-large touch screen, OneScreen is designed to be familiar to both highly technical teams and less technologically savvy users. OneScreen is built to integrate easily into a customer’s existing collaboration tech portfolio from hardware to software for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS & Chrome OS. The system is totally support centric and comes with unlimited free Screen Skills Guru support and training via audio, video, chat, email or phone.
“For me, working in Canada with home court advantage, on a suite of technologies and software that are far beyond anything I’ve seen, that’s just a golden opportunity,” Lincoln Vaz stated about his new position heading the OneScreen Canada office. “I’ve built brands all over Canada but this is a brand that will empower our customers to connect, communicate and collaborate with ease. As an engineer, I can immediately see how much hard work and ingenuity went into the crafting of these interactive plat panels and I know that for the average buyer out there, the flat screens will feel like industrial magic.”
