Adding additional strength to its senior product development team, Core Brands today announced the appointment of Mike Jordan to Vice President, Product Management. Effective immediately, Jordan leads all product development initiatives and reports directly to Core Brands President Joe Roberts.
“Mike brings an extensive product development and engineering background to this new position at Core Brands,” Roberts said today. “His experience, talent and creativity will add a new dimension to an already strong product management team that’s focused on creating innovative products that help our dealers win more business and satisfy their customers.”
Prior to joining Core Brands, Jordan served as Vice President and General Manager of Episode, Strong, Binary, Wirepath and Dragonfly at SnapAV. There, he managed and lead business and product initiatives that helped drive tremendous revenue growth during his tenure.
Before SnapAV, Jordan served as the Manager of Global Sourcing for Family Dollar Stores, where he led global sourcing efforts for four lines of business with more than $6.7-billion in sales. And before that, Jordan was Senior Engineering Manager at TaylorMade-Adidas Golf, where he spearheaded all engineering programs for golf balls and components and directed all prototyping for commercialization.
“I am thrilled to join the Core Brands team,” Jordan emphasized. “This company has a well-deserved reputation in creating innovative products that bring meaningful and measurable new value to custom installers and end-user customers. I am ready to dive in and help accelerate our development of industry-defining products for the residential and commercial custom install industry.”
