Leading entertainment industry insurance solutions provider Take1 Insurance will return as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2021 Event Safety Alliance Event Safety Summit — a hybrid in-person and virtual 3-day event that will take place December 1-3, 2021 on the campus of Rock Lititz in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Capacity will be very limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Registration is also available now for virtual attendance, for which space is unlimited.
Registration to attend the 2021 Event Safety Summit, either in-person or virtually can be found at http://eventsafetysummit.com.
Both conference programs will be similar in subject matter, with some variation based on platform restrictions. The in-person option will be workshop-focused, featuring instructor-led small group discussions and activities, hands-on skills training, and networking events. Remote attendees will explore similar topics in a presenter-led format suitable for online delivery. In-person attendees will also receive on-demand access to all virtual presentations at no additional charge.
“As we emerge from the darkness of face coverings and physical distancing into the bright light of capacity crowds and busy schedules, there is more need than ever to share ideas with smart friends. Nothing is quite the same as it was before — we must carefully re-enter this changed landscape,” said Event Safety Alliance President Jim Digby.
Since 2014, the Event Safety Summit has brought together professionals from around the globe and across the entertainment, sports, and corporate event industries to discuss all aspects of safety, security, and health at live events. Featuring a diverse lineup of presentations, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities, the Event Safety Summit provides attendees with actionable ideas, enables collaboration with and communication among like-minded professionals, and sends attendees home with new motivation to put life safety first in their daily work.
According to Take1 Insurance Vice President and Program Director Scott Carroll, “The entertainment and live events industry have been through a nightmare scenario as the COVID-19 pandemic brought everything to a halt. Virtual events have helped fill gaps, but, ultimately, the desire of people to experience live events in person cannot be denied. Now with vaccines rolling out, the prospect of getting back to some semblance or normality is becoming a reality. Together with our partners, we are doing everything possible to help shake off the rust and get our industry back to work safely. The 2021 Event Safety Summit will go a long way in helping industry professionals succeed in doing just that and we are honored to again serve as the summit’s Presenting Sponsor.”
