LG Business Solutions is on a mission to make people understand that it offers a range of business solutions that are every bit as innovative as its award winning line of smart TVs.  From commercial LED displays to laptops, medical monitors, robots, EV charging stations, and projectors, LG means business.

That’s quite the array – a complex challenge that required an agency of unusual sophistication and skill. After having unfortunate experiences with larger agencies that had scale but lack substance – and hence produced underwhelming results – LG Business Solutions decided to seek out a smaller, intellectual rigorous and practical minded alternative.

CHALLENGE

Demonstrate to LG Business Solutions that we could effectively scale our business, build a team that reflected our culture, develop an understanding of diverse market segments, and create and execute individual but strategically linked campaigns for each product line.

BACKGROUND

LG Business Solutions was sufficiently impressed by the Griffin model to reward us with their business and their trust. We implemented an integrated, cross-unit program built around the needs of each business unit. Our strategic toolkit included a foundational layer of media outreach and news releases, supported by case study profiles, podcast appearances, thought leadership bylines, and trade show support.

Dedicated teams assigned to each business unit become close and collaborative partners to our client teams, achieving a level of interaction only possible with the dedication to achieve deep domain expertise.

Importantly, our commitments were not typical new business promises. We started the engagement with LED displays, laptops and medical monitors. We were rewarded with additional work from the robotics and EV charging teams.

Griffin delivered for each business unit, with the highest levels of media visibility ever achieved, across all targeted outlets: trade, technology, general business, and vertical market media. The expansive nature of the latter demonstrated the breadth of our work and the concomitant relationships we developed and maintained with key journalists and editors. Our efforts covered K12 education, higher education, hospitality, transportation, retail, corporate, QSR and full-service restaurants, among many others.
